If Las Vegas is considered the city of Sin, I am not sure how to label Amsterdam everything is obtainable. Most people when they think of Amsterdam think of Cannabis being legal and the Red Light District but there is much more. Of course I'm not saying the Cannabis is not great and that the Red Light District cannot get you all the sin you need. Amsterdam is also home of the Rembrandt House Museum, Van Gogh Museum, the Westerkerk Church that was completed in 1663 and the Heineken Brewery which has been turned into the Heineken Experience. Let's talk about the Red Light District, is a layer of alleys that cover hundreds of one bedroom flats that have a variety of diverse woman prostitutes which give this are the name since they light up their rooms when working with a Red Light. There is really three different Red Light Districts in Amsterdam there is the Singel, Walletjes and de Piip. There are numerous hotels that are situated in the Red Light District which is essentially a safe place to stay since there are numerous police officers around, though at night be cautious of pick pockets as Amsterdam is notorious for this. And also think of do not take pictures of the windows that is a big no no and will results in you being hurt. Have fun but I recommend for your first trip not starting in the Red Light District because of the opinion you might form off the start.

 

Now for the other famous part of Amsterdam the Cannabis shops that litter the city where you can find a lot of Americans enjoying drug freedom. Just take a look at the Amsterdam map which shows you the number of sites throughout. Barney's Breakfast Bar is one of the most well-known spots but can get very busy at times but if you're coming in on an early flight it opens early and you can get a great mealtime and enjoy your first legal smoke. Greenhouse is an additional spot that has a variety of diverse varieties of smokes to pick out from with an ever altering menu. Bulldog is another one of the well-known spots but I don't vouch for, staffs were not that welcoming and friendly and the smoke seemed bland.
